Disclaimer for Money-Back Guarantee
At Smart Dispute, our mission is to help you remove questionable negative items from your credit report. While we strive for success, the process isn’t always an exact science, and there may be instances where we’re unable to achieve the desired outcome. However, our clients are covered by our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you sign up for our services and don't see any questionable or negative items removed or updated within 90 days, or an increase in your credit score, you’ll be eligible for a full refund. Keep in mind, this doesn’t guarantee your credit will be fully repaired in that time frame, but you should notice improvements or item removals—otherwise, we’ll give you your money back (subject to the terms outlined below). To request a refund, simply contact our
Client Support team so we can start the process.
The Smart Dispute 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee is subject to the following terms and conditions:
-
The refund eligibility period begins after 90 days. You must remain actively enrolled in the program for at least 90 days. Cancelling or failing to make payments during this period will void the guarantee.
-
No new negative trade lines have been added to your credit report after starting the program.
-
You must ensure that all payments to Smart Dispute are made on time, as outlined in your agreement.
-
You are required to provide proof of identity (such as a driver’s license and social security card) within five (5) days of your enrollment date by uploading to your secure Client Portal.
-
After requesting a refund, Smart Dispute will have thirty (30) days to review your credit profiles, audit your account, and confirm that no negative items were removed or updated. An active credit monitoring account is required to complete this verification process.
