Credit Repair Testimonials

Our clients typically see an average of 10.2 removals and/or deletions combined from the three major credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion). Many clients experience an average score increase of 40-100 points within the first 90 to 180 days of service. However, it’s important to note that results vary, and Smart Dispute cannot guarantee that you or any client will achieve these averages. Every credit repair case is unique and tailored to the individual’s specific situation.

Our testimonials reflect the experiences and outcomes of specific clients and should not be taken as a guarantee of your results. Since every credit profile is different, outcomes will vary. At Smart Dispute, we work on your behalf to communicate with creditors, track changes from the credit bureaus, and update your profile with the latest status based on the information we receive from you.

Many clients have seen positive changes after extended service with Smart Dispute, including the removal of an average of 10.2 negative items from their reports within 90-180 days. Some clients have achieved higher credit scores over time, though individual results depend on various factors. We’ve had clients who became eligible for new tradelines, mortgages, car loans, and other financial products after completing our services. However, not everyone will experience the same results, as credit repair outcomes are influenced by multiple factors, including:

- Avoiding late payments for 6-12 months
- Maintaining low credit utilization ratios on open tradelines
- Opening new tradelines responsibly
- Paying bills on time or before the due date
- Avoiding unnecessary credit inquiries for 6-12 months
- Paying off debt and honoring settlement agreements
- Practicing financial planning and debt management

Individual outcomes vary, and while our testimonials come from real clients, they may not represent typical results. These testimonials are not intended to guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results. Every client has unique credit challenges, and we approach each credit profile individually. The experiences shared reflect what some of our most successful clients have achieved. Consistent use of our service, along with following our suggestions and best practices, can lead to positive results, but it’s important to understand that even with full participation, Smart Dispute cannot guarantee specific outcomes, and you may not see the results you expect.

How We Calculate Removals/Deletions

The number of items removed and/or deleted is based on the combined results from all three credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion). For example, if a single item is listed on all three bureaus and we successfully remove or delete it from each one, we count that as three removals. In some cases, an item may be removed from one bureau but corrected or remain on others.

Please note that Smart Dispute cannot guarantee the removal or deletion of any item on your credit report. Each removal or deletion is a case-by-case process, unique to the individual's circumstances. Results will vary, and clients should not expect the same outcomes.

How We Determine Your Credit Scores

The credit scores we pull are estimates based on data from specific bureaus and agencies. These scores may not reflect your actual FICO, VantageScore, or any other official credit score. They are primarily used to evaluate changes in your credit profile over time and should not be interpreted as your official credit score or used to determine your eligibility for credit. The information provided is for informational purposes only and should not be considered a recommendation regarding your creditworthiness.

Money-Back Guarantee

At Smart Dispute, our mission is to help you remove questionable negative items from your credit report. While we strive for success, the process isn’t always an exact science, and there may be instances where we’re unable to achieve the desired outcome. However, our clients are covered by our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you sign up for our services and don't see any questionable or negative items removed or updated within 90 days, or an increase in your credit score, you’ll be eligible for a full refund. Keep in mind, this doesn’t guarantee your credit will be fully repaired in that time frame, but you should notice improvements or item removals—otherwise, we’ll give you your money back (subject to the terms outlined below). To request a refund, simply contact our Client Support team so we can start the process.

The Smart Dispute Money-Back Guarantee is subject to the following terms and conditions:
  • The refund eligibility period begins after 90 days. You must remain actively enrolled in the program for at least 90 days. Cancelling or failing to make payments during this period will void the guarantee.
  • No new negative trade lines have been added to your credit report after starting the program.
  • You must ensure that all payments to Smart Dispute are made on time, as outlined in your agreement.
  • You are required to provide proof of identity (such as a driver’s license and social security card) within five (5) days of your enrollment date by uploading to your secure Client Portal.
  • After requesting a refund, Smart Dispute will have thirty (30) days to review your credit profiles, audit your account, and confirm that no negative items were removed or updated. An active credit monitoring account is required to complete this verification process.
